"Ditto to Lance and Jimmy. I and my team had a total great weekend with Corine. For those of you that don't know, Corine not only teaches Team Occlusion classes at LVI she is also the long-time office manager for Dr. Tom Hedge.
Tom knows everything about everything dentistry especially high-tech gadgets. He too teaches. Alot. Anyway, you can hire Tom to come to your office but you can also hire Corine. And she's a lot cheaper and a whole lot cuter.
For a long time I felt like I wanted my team (some of them new with heads full of mush) to hear some of my thoughts from someone other than me. And I wanted my office evaluated by someone who would sincerely tell me what
I'm screwing up. Seemed like Corine would be an excellent choice...she's in the trenches doing high quality dentistry with a great doctor...in a modern office...experienced as all get-out...a good lecturer...and a female. I reeeally
wanted a female to come to my office and say the same type of LVI high quality goal type things to my team and let them bond with her. Well...the whole thing was great. We talked tons about what Jimmy said in his post. New
patient coordinator/empowering the team/how they control the whole future success of the office and therefore their family lives by making everyone a great living doing our patients a great service and having fun in a great place
doing it. (Ok, Kewanee isn't great but there's an airport runway practically at the end of my driveway). And, I'll tell ya, Corine beat me up a lot. I deserved it. You see, I'm one of those guys in transition doing occasional full mouths
with a hygienist doing half hour prophys and, although we dropped Delta and all the others a long time ago, we still help patients with their insurance sometimes. Problem with me is I can't stand it when I'm not busy making money
doing dentistry so I make sure I'm busy. Plus I love being on the edge of chaos with a very big mix of procedures. Corine made it clear in front of my team, GOD, and everybody that I "need to figure out where I'm going". And then the
team needs to make sure I get there. She lectured about NM symptoms and otherwise quality, quality, quality. I knew it was great when at the end, when we were all done, one by one my team members all crowded around Corine and
gave her heartfelt hugs. Makes me want to cry."

"We had Corine Leech (Tom Hedge’s right and (left hand) person that does it all) in our office on Friday. I am certainly glad that LVI has endorsed her presentation; she was a wonderful sharer of information. She just put out what has worked well in Tom’s office, and, perhaps what not to do as well.. Her vast dental experience (she must of started her dental career in grade school) speaks volumes, and, it is evident that Tom’s investment in her knowledge has paid off in spades. I have had many dental consultants in my office over the many of practice, and, her verbal skills are second to known. She carefully worked with the knowledge of Brad Durham’s seminar, and integrated Bob Maccario’s training as well. I have had both seminars, and, this day added to them in an interesting way – perhaps, it was another building block placed in the foundation of a NM LVI practice. I have kind of a special practice, in that I don’t do much general dentistry, do a lot of pain pts., ortho and sleep related issues, while still doing cosmetics and reconstruction.
