Customized in Office Training

Every dental practice is different so I do not believe there is a cookie cutter approach to helping dental teams accomplish the goals. I will customize the consulting and training to meet the needs of your practice. With over thirty eight years in dentistry I have seen many changes, some work for one practice and not for another. I am there to help you and your team even after training. I will make myself available by email or phone for twelve months following my visit to your office, at no additional charge. We can schedule follow up training when you feel it is warranted. A follow up visit is usually helpful about 6 months out just to be sure no old habits have creeped back and that we are all on the same page. Below is a list of just some of the areas that can be included:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Case presentation
  • Creating the "WOW"
  • Customer service
  • Financial arrangements
  • Interoffice communication
  • Outside billing services
  • Staff harmony
  • Scripting
  • Systems to make it all work
  • Telephone verbal skills
  • The dental insurance business

"Come Spend the Day with Me"

Many people have asked me privately to send their Team or members of their Team to spend the day with me to see how I developed our New Patient experience and case presentation. To share with them the systems we have put in place in our practice and help them customize those systems for their own offices. With that in mind, I have put together a program which allows me to spend a day of training with various offices in our office or in some office that wants to be the host office. We are limiting attendance to fifteen to still have the ability to customize some of the program and address individual office issues. It offers a wonderful day filled with information and an opportunity for me share ideas with Team members (and doctors of course).

Some areas we will cover are:

  • The New Patient Experience….starting with the first phone call
  • Creating value in the office (including the dentist and fellow Team members)
  • Developing the treatment coordinator / NP coordinator
  • Actual case presentation
  • Closing the case
  • Having payment options in place
  • Addressing Insurance
  • Verbal skills and role playing
  • And SO very much more...

Comments From Previous Attendees:
Hi Corine I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed the meeting on Friday; when I go it always reenergizes me. Hearing someone speak and still love what they do after so many years is great. I did get a few new ideas which were great, thank you. I also wanted to share that I enjoyed having a small group rather than a room full of people, I feel things were more personalized. Sometimes in a large room people is less to speak up or to even ask questions. Thank you again and hopefully we will see you again in the future.

3 of my staff and I went to Cincinnati on Friday for Corine's new course, "dental diamonds". My staff was 'wowed' at how knowegeable Corine is and how personalized she made it for our office. We were there with 3 pretty high powered offices but , as usual , they were all willing to share and it was lilke Corine was facilitating a big mastermind group. The course really lit a fire under my staff that attended and they cant wait to make changes in our treatment presentations to get an even higher acceptance rate. It was an awesome course and was a perfect compliment to some of the other great classes we have taken, i.e. Mac and Jolene's, and Rick Coker's. Tom Hedge sat in the back and at the end of the day he did a great job getting Pat Carroll and me some 'beverages'. Corine, "thank you, thank you, thank you".

I just wanted to echo Dr. Jacksons comments. If you are looking to improve your new patient experience or incorporate the patient care coordinator concept into your practice seeing Corine is a must. If you think you have it nailed already you might want to think again. Dr. Rick Coker's wonderful team was there (now I see how a goof like Rick can be so succesful :>) ) As well as Coach K's team and the wonderful Suz A.'s team. If these offices still feel they can improve, maybe there is something we can all learn from Corine. i think she is offering the course in Chicago soon- Corine could you post the dates I don't want to mislead anyone. If there are openings I would enourage you to attend. I'm sure that after the suggestions our team offered Corine, as good as the course was, it will be even better. Thumbs Up Thanks again Corine.
